S peleologists have come to the right place. The Monte Perdido region is the largest limestone massif in Europe and is therefore home to numerous caves. Often it concerns complex underground systems of caves that are connected through a labyrinth of corridors and rivers.

S ome caves, however, are easily accessible to the novice caver and will introduce you to the many sculptures that have been formed over the centuries through a play of water, limestone and minerals.
